Ntú Natural is a beauty brand inspired by the rich traditions of PALOP (Portuguese-speaking African) women. We offer high-quality, natural skincare and haircare products that celebrate authenticity and sustainability.

Are your products 100% natural?
Our products are made with natural, ethically sourced ingredients but are not 100% natural, as they contain artificial fragrances. They are, however, free from harmful chemicals like sulfates and parabens..

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We never test on animals, and our ingredients are carefully selected to ensure ethical production.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! Our formulas are designed to be gentle on the skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application.

4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact ntunatural@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges only; refunds are not available. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process an exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange a product?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue.
